15.6% incl. VAT (13%+VAT) for any subsequent terms
Tenancy Agreement: £180 incl. VAT (£150+VAT)
Includes:
Collect and remit rent throughout the tenancy
Deduct from the rent any invoices relating to the property
Agree collection of any shortfall and payment method
Advise all relevant utility providers of changes
Provide professional advice on matters relating to the tenancy
Pursue non-payment of rent and assist your solicitor with any claim for unpaid rent or other legal matters
Arrange routine repairs, instruct approved contractors and coordinate works, subject to us holding adequate funds
Additional Landlord Fees:
Where a Non Resident Landlord is unable to provide us with an Inland Revenue approval code to receive rental income without tax deductions, we will charge 1.8% incl. VAT (1.5%+VAT) for the additional work in submissions to HMRC for those Non Resident Landlords
On major works (with invoice value of over £1000) that we oversee will incur an administration charge of 12% incl. VAT on the total invoice amount.
Arrangement Fee for works or refurbishment on non-managed properties: 12% incl. VAT of net cost or £60.00 (inc VAT) per hour, whichever is greater.
Where we are not managing a property we will charge the following:
Arrangement Fee for a gas safety check £60.00 (inc VAT)
Arrangement Fee for an electrical test £60.00 (inc VAT)
